According to the spirit of the Notice on Resuming Some Business Activities of Travel Agency Enterprises issued by the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism on March 17, 22, the relevant matters concerning the resumption of some business activities of travel agency enterprises in our city are hereby notified as follows:

1. Travel agency enterprises and online travel enterprises are temporarily prohibited from operating cross-provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) and inbound and outbound group travel business and "air ticket+hotel" travel business.

2. According to the notification requirements of the provincial and municipal prevention and control offices, travel agencies are not allowed to organize tourism activities of the above-mentioned people, whether they are citizens of China or foreigners, whether they enter our province directly through overseas or transit from other cities in China.

3. From the date of notification, travel agencies and online travel enterprises may resume tourism business activities beyond the scope of Articles 1 and 2.

4. before organizing tourism activities in the province, travel agencies should report the list of tourists to the municipal competent department of cultural tourism, and upload the team information on the national tourism supervision service platform for review by the competent department.

5. Travel agencies and online travel enterprises should strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in accordance with the principle of "zoning and grading" and the Gansu Cultural Tourism Industry Epidemic Prevention Manual.
