Yantai College Student Employment Subsidy Policy 2023:

1. One-time job expansion subsidy for college graduates

As of December 31, 2022, the recruitment year will be Enterprises with college graduates who have signed labor contracts and paid unemployment insurance will receive a one-time job expansion subsidy based on the standard of 1,500 yuan per person. If the same college graduate is employed multiple times, he or she will only be given a job expansion subsidy once, and will not enjoy repeated benefits from the one-time employment subsidy and one-time entrepreneurial job development subsidy policy.

2. House purchase subsidy policy

After June 1, 2021, doctoral students under the age of 45, master’s students under the age of 40, and others who are introduced to work in enterprises and institutions in Yantai City for the first time will be provided. Bachelor's degree undergraduates from "double first-class" and the world's top 200 (QS) universities, bachelor's degree undergraduates and junior college students from ordinary universities under the age of 35. After paying social security in Yantai for one year, if they purchase new commercial housing in Yantai, they will be given 20 yuan respectively. One-time house purchase subsidies of 10,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan.

3. Living subsidy policy

After June 1, 2021, doctoral students under the age of 45, master’s students under the age of 40, and others who are introduced to work in enterprises and institutions in Yantai City for the first time will be provided. Bachelor's degree undergraduates from "double first-class" and top 200 (QS) universities in the world, bachelor's degree undergraduates from ordinary universities and junior college students under the age of 35 will receive 36,000 yuan and 24,000 yuan per person per year respectively after paying social security for one year. Living allowances of RMB 12,000, RMB 12,000, RMB 6,000 and RMB 3,600 for three years.
