Are there any motorcycle tours with dogs? How about it?

Are there any motorcycle tours with dogs? How about it? You can take dogs with you on motorcycle tours, cycling, and hiking. It depends on what kind of dog you bring, how you bring it, and how much you know about raising dogs.

1. About raising dogs

First of all, I have loved dogs since I was a child. I raised dogs when I was a child, which were local native dogs. At that time, my family was poor and basically had nothing to eat. Just give me whatever you want. Fortunately, the dog doesn't mind the family being poor.

Later, my friend’s German shepherd gave birth to pups, and I had to live with one of them, which is commonly known as a wolf dog here. I raised it for almost 15 years after I brought it home. Finally, it died, weighing about 70 pounds. My brother and I carried it and buried it.

Until now, I still visit the burial place occasionally, but I will no longer keep a dog. I feel that once the relationship becomes deep, the dog will always leave, which only adds to the sadness.

Secondly, there are many dog ??owners now. Some of them claim to be dog lovers, but they know little about dog ownership. I personally think that these people are the originators of stray dogs!

Let’s not talk about being a big man. If you get a small pet dog, it will look very girly. The key is to raise a dog and you don’t understand dogs. You don’t know the dog’s estrus period and you don’t know about birth control. , I don’t know the harm caused by ordinary mating to dogs, and I don’t know how to train dogs. I just let nature take its course. If I have too many puppies and I don’t want them, I just throw them everywhere. Some people even stop raising them halfway and take them out in the car to throw them away... I can't complain.

Third, if you look at today’s stray dogs, most of them are pet dogs, and their offspring are randomly cross-bred. It’s all caused by those people who claim to be dog lovers, irresponsible and don’t know shit.

2. About traveling with dogs

First of all, people who truly love dogs, raise dogs, and have deep feelings for their dogs cannot do without their dogs every day. If you don’t want to be separated from your dog when you are traveling for a long time, there is nothing wrong with it, but the premise is that it does not affect others and does not interfere with public order.

If you love dogs and raise dogs, you must be responsible for the dogs. If you raise a dog, you must at least know how to train the dog. Look at those dogs on the street who can poop and pee wherever they go. , it’s really disgusting!

Secondly, when traveling with a dog on a motorcycle, you can only bring a small pet dog. It is inconvenient to carry a big dog, makes the dog uncomfortable, and affects safety. The most important thing is that you must have been raising dogs for a long time, know how to train dogs, and understand the habits of dogs.

Several people in "Old Boy's Running Diary" took the puppy given to them on the way and ended up eating something they shouldn't have. When I saw the dog starting to vomit on the way, I knew it was hopeless. .

Thirdly, when the motorcycle tour came to Tibet, I saw people walking with dogs and riding with dogs. Hiking dogs are basically native dogs, which is not a big problem. Native dogs have stronger vitality and adaptability. , the riding dog was a small pet dog, placed in a plastic box and tied to the back seat. I told him my concerns at that time, but I don’t know what the outcome was later.

In short, traveling with a dog is your own choice, and you must be responsible for your choice and the consequences. I personally think that if you are not a long-term dog owner, someone who understands dogs and is very experienced in dog training, you should try not to bring a dog with you.

When I went to Tibet for the first time, I brought a little dog with me. Although it was a little troublesome, it brought me a lot of fun. Many people liked my little dog along the way. It was as popular as a little star. It was used as a photo prop wherever I went, and many people rushed to take photos with it. Some people thought that my dog ??was picked up on the road, and they insisted that I give it to them to raise. Some people wanted to buy my dog ??as soon as they saw it, and some even directly offered the price, haha.

Its name is Nannan. I picked it up from a garbage dump near the community. It was just born and had not yet opened its eyes. I fed it three boxes of milk to raise it. In the summer, when it was 3 months old, I was going to Tibet, but I couldn't find a place to foster it, so I had to take it with me.

At first, I prepared a small box for it to make a nest, and placed it under the foot of my little pedal. When driving, it would always stand on the edge of the box and look out. I couldn't bear to cover it and stuffy it. I wear it, so I ride very slowly every day.

Later, when I arrived in Kangding, the altitude increased and the temperature dropped. I didn’t dare to put it in the nest anymore, so I stuffed it inside my cycling clothes without zipping it tightly, leaving it exposed. With a little head, it looked at the scenery along the way. When the wind was strong while riding, it could not stand the blow or felt cold, so it lowered its head and hid it inside my cycling jersey, and I opened the zipper Pull it tightly, and then when it wants to expose its little head, it can't find the opening, and it just runs around inside my cycling jersey. Starting from Kangding, all the way to Lhasa, and then from Lhasa to Xining until I returned home, it always stayed in my arms while riding on the road.

The biggest worry when bringing a dog is that the hotel will not let you stay. Fortunately, my dog ??is small and very cute, so the hotel owners don’t mind. Every time I stay in a hotel, it pees in the room, so I have to strictly check the marks it leaves before checking out.

I mainly feed dog food along the way, and sometimes other things. Having it brings me a lot of convenience, especially when refueling. All the gas station employees like it, and some hold it in their arms. It won't let me go, so every time I refuel, I can prepare some oil in the small oil drum. This is all the result of the little dog.

In short, the little dog brought a lot of joy to my trip to Tibet, made my riding no longer lonely, and left me with a beautiful memory that I will never forget.

Hello!

I have never seen anyone traveling with a dog on a motorcycle tour. It is too inconvenient for a motorcycle tour to bring a dog. There are limited places for motorcycles, so you mainly need to bring some of your own outdoor equipment. , there is no place to put the dog in a cage. If the dog is allowed to run on the ground, why not?
