It is the largest natural freshwater lake in Shaanxi Province and has the reputation of "Pearl of the Plateau". The eco-tourism scenic spot of Shilang Lake has three wonders: "Waterlogging does not rise, drought does not fall", the lake is clean all year round, and there is a mysterious waterline that can accurately predict the weather.

Founded in 153, the Pagoda is an octagonal seven-story pavilion-style brick tower, with a length of 5.6 meters on each side of the bottom floor and a height of 47.84 meters, and a single wall is hollow. There are two ticket doors in the south and north on the ground floor, and four ticket doors are set on each floor above the second floor. The upper and lower positions are staggered step by step.
