Is Dubai visa landing visa?

Legal analysis: landing visa, Dubai belongs to the United Arab Emirates. At present, UAE has implemented visa on arrival for China. Landing visa means that applicants don't have to apply for visas in advance, and then apply for visas according to procedures after arriving at the airport, so landing visa doesn't mean visa-free completely. China citizens who need to hold ordinary passports of the People's Republic of China valid for more than six months can get visa-free landing when entering Dubai, and the visa is valid for 30 days.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Passport Law of the People's Republic of China. Ordinary passports are issued by the exit-entry administration department of the Ministry of Public Security or the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level entrusted by the Ministry of Public Security, as well as China embassies and consulates abroad and other overseas institutions entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
