Luoyang Tourism Annual Pass is an important popular project of Luoyang City’s tourism policy to benefit the people. The annual pass costs 60 yuan and is valid for 14 months.

As a famous historical and cultural city and the "ancient capital of Thirteen Dynasties", Luoyang is rich in tourism resources and has profound cultural heritage. In order to encourage citizens to travel, with the strong promotion of the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the Luoyang Tourism Annual Pass Management Office was established, and the Luoyang Tourism Annual Pass was successfully issued on July 1, 2006.
