Let’s introduce the Qianshan Tour

Beigou Giant Buddha Scenic Area is famous for its natural granite mountain that looks like a giant Maitreya. It takes about 2 hours to visit this scenic spot.

The Yulan Mountain Scenic Area in Beigou, which connects Wuliangguan, Longquan Temple and Wufoding Houshan, is famous for its steep mountain roads and beautiful scenery. It takes about 3 hours to visit this scenic spot.

There are also small scenic spots such as Five Buddha Summit, Ancient Daoguan, Zuyue Temple, Lingyan Temple, Gilded Temple, Tianying Palace, Birdsong Forest and so on.

It takes about 6 to 10 hours to visit all the scenic spots in Beigou, and about 4 to 6 hours to visit the highlights of Wuliangguan, Yulan Mountain, Longquan Temple and the Big Buddha.

On the left hand side of Qianshan Main Gate Square, there is Jicui Gate, from which you can enter Qianshan Xianrentai Scenic Area. Tickets are 40 yuan, and there are basically no charges for attractions in the area.

The Xianrentai Scenic Area includes five major scenic spots: Zhonghui Temple, Wulong Palace in Zhonggou, Xiangyan Temple, Da'an Temple and Xianrentai Peak in Nangou. The goose head stone on the top of Xianrentai Peak is the highest peak of Qianshan Mountain, with an altitude of 708 meters. Xianren Terrace is the center of the district.

The natural scenery in this area is beautiful, and the mountain roads are moderately difficult. However, the area is large and the distance is long, which requires a lot of physical strength. Touring the area takes approximately 5 hours.

The entrance to the area, Jicui Gate, is about 5km away from the nearest Zhonghui Temple, and it takes about an hour to walk. You can take a taxi directly from the gate to Zhonghui Temple. The price is about 10 yuan. Jicuimen is about 10km away from the farthest Da'an Temple, which takes about 2 hours of walking and a taxi ride of about 20 yuan.

The best walking route in this area is to take a taxi to Da'an Temple, climb all the way to Xianren Terrace, then go down the mountain from Zhonghui Temple or Wulong Palace, and then walk to Jicui Gate to exit the mountain. The whole journey takes about 5 hours.

The best time to visit Qianshan is from the end of September to mid-October when the autumn air is crisp and the colors are colorful. During the week from the end of April to the beginning of May every year, the pear blossoms at Wulong Palace are also beautiful.

Anshan Jade Buddha Garden is famous for the largest Jade Buddha in the world. Located in Anshan City, on the only way to Qianshan. The jade market next to the Jade Buddha Garden is full of dazzling items and is worth a visit. Tickets for Jade Buddha Garden are 50 yuan, and the tour takes about 1 hour.
