How to deal with the lack of standards for filing corruption and bribery cases

Legal basis

Article 18 of the Interim Provisions on the Punishment of Staff in Public Institutions

Anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be given a warning or given a demerit; If the circumstances are serious, demotion or dismissal shall be given; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be dismissed:

(1) those who embezzle, demand bribes, accept bribes, introduce bribes or misappropriate public funds;

(2) taking advantage of his work to seek illegitimate interests for himself or others;

(3) accepting gifts, various securities and payment vouchers in official activities or work;

(4) seeking benefits by using the inside information that is known or mastered;

(5) traveling with public funds or traveling with public funds in disguise;

(6) engaging in or participating in profit-making activities or taking part-time jobs to receive remuneration in violation of state regulations;

(7) other acts that violate the discipline of honesty.
