The license and registration certificate shall specify the license number, the name of the travel agency, the place of business, the permitted business and the validity period of the license and registration certificate. Consumers who participate in overseas travel should know in advance whether travelers have the qualification to travel abroad.

Sign a standardized travel contract. You should read the terms carefully before signing a travel contract. If you find obviously unfair, unfair, unfavorable terms and ambiguous expressions, you should ask and give your opinions in time. It is necessary to clearly stipulate the tour arrangement, main attractions, accommodation standards, dining standards, self-funded items, transportation, rights and obligations of both parties, etc. in the contract. When choosing tourism products, we must pay attention to product quality, do not choose unreasonable low-cost tours, reasonably estimate product costs, and weigh whether the prices of tourism products are reasonable.

Rational consumption beware of traps. Be cautious when buying valuables, don't trust the guidance of merchants, and be cautious when buying precious stones, jade articles, handicrafts and other valuables without knowing the truth and market. When eating, consumers should pay attention to food hygiene and other issues, choose restaurants with good sanitary conditions and legal business qualifications, check the detailed prices of the selected dishes, and pay attention to the consumption list before checking out.

Keep the certificate and protect rights according to law. In the process of traveling, invoices or receipts are important evidence for safeguarding rights. Consumers must ask for and properly keep invoices, contracts and travel to travel itinerary. If there is a consumption dispute in tourism, we should treat it calmly. We can solve it with the operator according to law first.
