Later, my uncle gave my mother a pair of Blix sneakers, which my mother cherished very much and only wanted to wear when she performed on stage or held a sports meeting. Dad wore military shoes when he was a child. This pair of shoes is made of rubber and canvas. They look rustic, but they are very strong. It was not until the 1980s that parents had leather shoes to wear.
