Liupan Mountain Scenic Area is located at the junction of Ningxia, Gansu and Shaanxi provinces. It is an important water conservation forest base in northwest China and a scenic spot in the autonomous region, with a total area of 67,800 hectares, spanning three counties and one district of Jingyuan, Longde and Yuanzhou in Ningxia, with a forest coverage rate of over 70%.
