Japan visa validity period
Japanese visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
The visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. You can enter Japan on any day within the validity period. The number of days of stay is divided by visa type. Travel is usually 15 days, and these 15 days are calculated from the date of entry.
Single-entry visa: valid for three months, with a maximum stay of 15 days.
Three-year multiple-visit visa: Valid for multiple times in three years, with a maximum stay of 30 days at a time and a maximum stay of 180 days in a year.
Five-year multiple-visit visa: Valid for multiple stays over five years, with a maximum stay of 90 days at a time and a maximum stay of 180 days in a year.
If a foreigner applying for a visa needs to provide an invitation letter issued by an entity or individual in China, the applicant should provide it in accordance with the requirements of the visa authority stationed abroad. The unit or individual that issues the invitation letter shall be responsible for the authenticity of the invitation content.
Materials required for Japanese visa applicants:
1. Valid passport (the last page must be signed by me personally. If it is a new passport, the old passport must be provided. passport).
2. A copy of the business license of the workplace.
3. Employees who are employed need to provide proof of employment or a letter of guarantee from the company. Please use the company’s letterhead and have the signature of the person in charge stamped with the official seal and 2 business cards.
4. Two 2-inch color photos (certificate) of the person without a hat (must be taken within 6 months, with a light background).
5. Proof of assets: a copy of a deposit certificate with a deposit period of at least six months or a copy of a personal bank deposit certificate or a stock certificate of equal value. Original and copy of my real estate certificate (invoice or pre-sale contract), original and copy of car purchase certificate, etc. If the property certificate of the applicant's spouse is provided, a marriage certificate is required.
6. Copy of family register book and personal ID card (must be copied on A4 paper). The service location and work unit in the household registration book must be consistent with the unit in the employment certificate, and the marital status must be consistent with the actual situation.
7. Original and copy of marriage certificate (provided if necessary).
8. Retirees need to provide the original and copy of their retirement certificate, and undergraduates need to provide the original and copy of their student ID.
