Provincial Tourism Bureau is the competent department of information disclosure of tourism system, and the information disclosure working group of Tourism Bureau is responsible for the daily work of tourism information disclosure, and the information of each office of Provincial Tourism Bureau is disclosed by information generation and preservation institutions.

Tourism information disclosure is divided into active disclosure and application disclosure.

First, active disclosure

1. Public scope

The Office of the Information Disclosure Working Group of the Provincial Tourism Bureau is responsible for actively disclosing the main information of the following provincial tourism bureaus to the public:

2. Open style

The Provincial Tourism Bureau took the initiative to disclose the tourism information of the Provincial Tourism Bureau on the website of the Provincial Tourism Bureau "Fujian Tourism Window". In addition, tourism information will be made public through press conferences and public media such as newspapers, magazines, radio and television.

3. Time limit for publicity

Tourism information that belongs to the scope of voluntary disclosure shall be made public within 15 working days from the date of formation or change of tourism information.

Citizens, legal persons and other organizations that need to obtain tourism information other than voluntary information disclosure can directly fill in and submit the Application Form for Information Disclosure of Fujian Tourism Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form) on the website of Fujian Tourism Window, or download and fill in the Application Form from the website of Fujian Tourism Window, and submit a written application form to the Office of the Information Disclosure Working Group of Fujian Tourism Bureau.

2. Specific steps of application

The applicant may submit a written application and fill in the application form. Applicants can fill in and submit the electronic application form directly on the website of Fujian Tourism Window.

(2) A written application

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations shall obtain tourism information in written form (including electronic data) after application; If it is really difficult to use a written form, the applicant can make an oral proposal, and the administrative organ that accepts the application will fill in the application form for tourism information disclosure.

3. Processing of applications

After receiving the application form, the agency will register. If you can answer on the spot, if you can't answer on the spot, make the following reply within 15 working days from the date of registration:

(1) If it belongs to the public scope, provide information to the applicant or inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain information;

(2) If it falls within the scope of exemption from disclosure, inform the applicant of the reasons for not disclosing it;

(3) If it does not belong to the public scope of this organ, inform the applicant of the organ and contact information of the information;

(4) If it is necessary to extend the reply period, the applicant shall be informed with the consent of the leader, and the longest extension period shall not exceed 15 working days:

(5) If the tourism information applied for publicity does not exist, inform the applicant.

If the tourism information involves the rights and interests of the third party, it shall solicit the opinions of the third party, and the time required for soliciting the opinions of the third party shall not be counted in the time limit.

4. Fees and standards for publicly providing information upon application.

According to the application to provide tourism information, you can charge for retrieval, copying and mailing. The standards for administrative organs to collect retrieval, copying and mailing fees shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of DocumentNo. [2008]472 of the Provincial Price Bureau.

Citizens who apply for the disclosure of tourism information do have financial difficulties, and the relevant fees can be reduced or exempted upon their own application and approval by the person in charge of the tourism information disclosure institution.

Three. Supervision methods and procedures

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may report to the administrative organ at a higher level, the supervisory organ or the competent department of tourism information disclosure if they think that this organ has not fulfilled the obligation of tourism information disclosure according to law. The organ that receives the report shall investigate and handle it.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law if they think that the specific administrative act of an administrative organ in the publicity of tourism information infringes upon their legitimate rights and interests.
