Relevant regulations on scenic spot tickets in Tourism Law

According to the provisions of the Tourism Law, scenic spots built with public resources, scenic spots, historical sites and vehicles in scenic spots will be charged separately, and government pricing or government-guided prices will be implemented to strictly control price increases. Where fees are charged or prices are raised, a hearing shall be held to solicit opinions from tourists, business operators and relevant parties, and to demonstrate its necessity and feasibility.

Legal basis:

Article 44 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China * * * scenic spots shall publicize the ticket price, the price of separately charged items and the price of group charges in a prominent position. The price increase of scenic spot tickets should be announced six months in advance.

If tickets from different scenic spots or different places in the same scenic spot are sold together, the combined price shall not be higher than the sum of the individual ticket prices, and tourists have the right to choose to buy individual tickets.

If the core tourist projects in the scenic area are suspended from opening to tourists or stop providing services for some reason, they shall be publicized and the fees shall be reduced accordingly.
