(4) "domicile" refers to the detailed address of the applicant's domicile, which must be consistent with the household registration book.

(5) "Political outlook" can be filled in as "China party member" or "Youth League members" or "names of democratic parties" or "masses".

(6) The "educational level" shall be filled in according to the highest degree recognized by the national education authorities. "Occupation, position and title" should be filled in according to the applicant's current good and nationally recognized "title".

(7) Fill in the full name of "work unit". If the applicant's personnel file is inconsistent with the work unit, fill in the current work unit and indicate the file storage location in the remarks column. If the personnel files of retirees are stored in the original unit, fill in the original unit.

(8) "Number of applications for leaving the country for personal reasons" refers to the number of applications for leaving the country at the public security organs. Those that are not approved are also counted together, and those that are not approved are explained in the remarks column.

3. Description of the corresponding certification materials

(1) My household registration book, ID card and collective account must have a household registration card. If the household registration book is not based on the ID card or the household registration is still in the process of migration, please wait until the police station where the household registration is located to go through the formalities of change or settlement. If a foreign country moves to Beijing to settle down, the place where the ID card is issued must be changed accordingly.

(3) Feedback Application Form

Exchange exit card

If I have a personal passport, my exit destination does not match my visa, or my exit card is Huang Ka, I need to go to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of Beijing Public Security Bureau.
