Today, the topic of my speech is "Serving with Heart, Building Bridges".

I am a tour guide of Changzhou International Travel Service. In this ordinary post, five years of work experience taught me how to face guests, how to serve and how to think at work. The work of tour guides is a bridge between travel agencies and tourists, and also an emissary of the great rivers and mountains and beautiful scenery of the motherland, which needs our heart.

In the process of traveling, we often meet all kinds of tourists, so we should treat them in different categories. We should provide meticulous service to important guests, patient service to key guests and warm service to special guests. Only by devoting ourselves wholeheartedly and doing it wholeheartedly can guests truly feel our existence.

I remember the first time I took a group back to Changzhou to say goodbye to the guests. The guests said, "Zhu Xiao, it's good to be a tour guide. Traveling around is very relaxing. Really good! " Maybe the speaker didn't mean it, but the listener did. I've been wondering why this sentence is strange in my ears. It's easy. Is it really easy to be a tour guide? With the gradual accumulation, I often ask myself, "Are you relaxed? What else do you need to do? " At this time, I suddenly realized that being a tour guide is to serve attentively, think about what the guests think, be anxious about what the guests are anxious, and do it before the guests speak.

The first trip happened to be on New Year's Eve, and my guests were all individual groups. We have never met before, and we want to eat the most important New Year's Eve dinner of the year and go back to our room to have a rest, but something always feels wrong. In desperation, I found a local escort to discuss and give everyone a surprise. So we went to the street to buy quick-frozen dumplings and fireworks and made them ourselves. When the guests saw the hot jiaozi, they greeted each other with a toast. Then we set off fireworks outside the window. I am really pleased to see the warm smile on everyone's face at home. It may be very troublesome. During the trip, a guest sprained his foot, but he couldn't bear to give up the trip, so I managed to borrow a wheelchair and push him to see every scene. In the evening, the guest needs an intravenous drip to relieve inflammation, so I chat with him in the hospital to relieve boredom. Because of mobility difficulties, his four-year-old daughter was left unattended, so I became a nanny. Although I lost weight after a few days, I still feel that the biggest gain of "I'm glad you came" is that I have a good time with every group member. When I left, everyone was reluctant to part. When I finished my farewell speech, everyone clapped their hands and thanked me: "Zhu Xiao, thank you for your hard work!" "Thank you for your hard work!" Perhaps this is the best compliment and comfort for a tour guide. I didn't expect these guests to introduce me to a lot of tourism business later. I think this is the feedback of thoughtful service.

If the tour guide is a bridge, the beautiful scenery also needs to build a bridge. The scenery is picturesque, the words of the tour guide are poems in the painting, and the tour guide is the soul in the painting. Beautiful scenery needs our hearts to understand and spread. Some people say that tour guides are saints, which is true. When you take a guest into a cave, you should pay attention to the guest's reaction and explanation. For ordinary guests, you may say what stalactites look like, but for people engaged in scientific and technological work, you have to say how the geological landforms are formed, and you can't generalize, otherwise your guests will disappear without a trace in a short time. The ancients said, "If a worker wants to do a good job, he must sharpen his tools first." It is precisely because the tour guide work is all-encompassing. Only by constantly charging yourself and mastering more knowledge can we serve our guests better.

I firmly believe that as long as you treat everything with your heart, you can build a bridge of communication between people with your tenacious perseverance and confidence to win. Then, let's smile at the rising sun every day and sow the seeds of joy with our heart.
