Recently, Wugang was named as a famous historical and cultural city in China at the "20 10 China Regional Strategic Cooperation and Economic Development Summit and the 3rd China International Financial Brand Innovation Summit". Therefore, the city has strengthened the preliminary work for the construction of Wugang Civil Airport. The main leaders of Wugang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have repeatedly reported to the provincial development and reform commission, the provincial airport management group, the Central South Administration of Civil Aviation and other relevant leaders, and obtained their reports. The city quickly set up a special working group, arranged work funds of 5 million yuan, and sorted out basic materials of 65,438+10,000 words.

On April 12 this year, our city and Shanghai Civil Aviation New Era Airport Design Institute Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch formally signed the Technical Consultation Contract for the Site Selection Report of Hunan Wugang Airport and the Technical Consultation Contract for the Pre-feasibility Study Report of Hunan Wugang Airport. In mid-May, relevant experts went to Wugang to conduct on-the-spot reconnaissance on the election sites of civil airports, and initially selected three sites in Wugang City, namely Wantouqiao, Toutang and Dadian. The site selection report of Hunan Wugang Airport will be officially announced in June+10, 5438. On July 15, our city signed a flight performance analysis and design contract with Beijing Quanshunfu Science and Trade Co., Ltd. This year is the "Project Construction Year", and Wugang City took this opportunity to strive for traffic projects. Actively cooperate with Shaoyang for Wugang Airport, Changgui Railway and Chen Jingyang Railway projects, and cooperate with Longhui County for Antai Expressway projects.
