(a) Born in Hong Kong before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of Chinese citizens.
(b) Chinese citizens who have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong for 7 consecutive years or more before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
(c) Children of Chinese nationality born outside Hong Kong before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and at the time of the birth of the child, the Chinese citizen complies with item (a) or (b) Required persons.
(d) Non-Chinese persons who have entered Hong Kong with valid travel documents before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong for seven consecutive years or more, and have made Hong Kong their permanent residence. .
(e) A child under the age of 21 who was born in Hong Kong to a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under item (d) before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and at the time of the child’s birth or age At any time before reaching the age of 21, his or her father or mother already enjoyed the right of abode in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong and Macao Group Travel Endorsement ( L):
