1. Recruitment targets

3. Possess a doctoral degree or obtain a doctoral degree before December 31, 2023.

4. In principle, the age of applicants must be born after January 1, 1981. For those with deputy senior or above professional titles or who are particularly outstanding, the age can be relaxed to those born after January 1, 1978.
