Introduction to Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City

The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is a strategic cooperation project between the governments of China and Singapore. The construction of the eco-city demonstrates the determination of the Chinese and New Zealand governments to respond to global climate change, strengthen environmental protection, and conserve resources and energy, and provides a positive discussion and typical demonstration for the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The Eco-City is located in Tianjin Binhai New Area (40 kilometers away from Tianjin city center). In order to meet the needs of China's urbanization development, the 30-square-kilometer eco-city will be built into a sustainable urban harmonious community based on new towns in developed countries such as Singapore.
