All personnel who come to Shanghai or return to Shanghai from high-risk areas in China or via high-risk areas in China will receive 14 days of concentrated isolation health observation and two COVID-19 nucleic acid tests. Anyone who comes to Shanghai or returns to Shanghai from high-risk areas in China or via high-risk areas should report to their neighborhood committees, units (or hotels) as soon as possible, and it should not exceed 12 hours after arriving in Shanghai.

All people who come to Shanghai and return to Shanghai from or through the domestic epidemic risk areas will be subject to strict community health management for 14 days, and COVID-19 nucleic acid tests will be conducted twice. Anyone who comes to Shanghai or returns to Shanghai from or through the domestic epidemic risk area shall report to the local village committee and unit (or hotel) as soon as possible, and it shall not exceed 12 hours after arriving in Shanghai.

Ps: Shanghai has no epidemic prevention regulations for people in low-risk areas for the time being, and can pass the health code, green code and travel code in an orderly manner.
