According to Mayang County Government, Shiyangshao Hot Spring Development Project was jointly developed by Mayang Miao Autonomous County People's Government and Hunan Mayang Hongyuan Hot Spring Tourism Resort Co., Ltd., with Wuhan Quansheng Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. as the investor. Mayang Miao Autonomous County is a county under the jurisdiction of Huaihua City, Hunan Province, located between Xuefeng Mountain and Wuling Mountain on the western border of Hunan Province.
