Hong Kong and Macao Pass Individual Endorsement City

Legal Analysis: At present, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has opened "individual travel" to residents of 49 cities in Chinese mainland, that is, permanent residents of these 49 cities can travel to Hong Kong by "individual travel". These 49 cities are: Beijing, Shanghai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Foshan, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Huizhou, Shaoguan, Heyuan, Zhanjiang, Yangjiang, Shanwei, Maoming, Jieyang, Shantou, Chaozhou, Qingyuan, Meizhou, Zhaoqing, Yunfu, Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo and Taizhou.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration. Citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region, and citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and Taiwan Province Province shall apply for a permit according to law and abide by the relevant provisions of this Law. Specific management measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
