The Mengshan Management Committee manages Mengshan as a "county-level" public institution dispatched by the Linyi Municipal Government.

Linyi Feixian Tianmeng Scenic Area and Yinan Caimeng Scenic Area remain unchanged in this system adjustment due to their weak development foundation and unclear boundaries of the scenic areas.
