Citizens who apply for a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage should truthfully submit the following materials to the culture and tourism authorities where the national intangible cultural heritage representative project is located:

Units directly under various central government departments can directly recommend representative inheritors of national intangible cultural heritage to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism through their competent units. The recommendation materials should include the above contents.
