Known as the second piece of water in Jiuzhai.

There are thousands of plateau dammed lakes, caves, hot springs and meadows of different sizes and shapes in Erdaohai virgin forest, which is named after Erdaohai, the largest lake.

The name Erdaohai has a long history. It is said that it comes from two main lakes, Xiaohaizi and Dahaizi. "Songpan County Records" also recorded: "Erdaohai, west of Songpan, behind Maanshan, the two seas are connected like human eyes.

Erdaohai is the largest lake in the scenic spot, located in the center of the scenic spot and the soul of the whole scenic spot. The lake is calm and serene, and the atmosphere is brilliant, but the undercurrent on the seabed has rhythm. Here, I feel the aura of nature and myself all the time.

Others include Swan Lake, Shihua Lake, Ginseng Lake and Pearl Hot Spring Lake. The lake is clear and transparent, and the stalactites, exotic flowers, and green willows at the bottom of the lake are colorful and unpredictable against the backdrop of primitive dense forests and soft sunshine.

Here, there is also a fairy-tale Munilin, which grows by the beautiful water, making it a quiet fairyland.

2. Zhaga Waterfall

The first calcified waterfall in the world

Zhaga, Tibetan means torrent on white rock. Zhaga Waterfall is one of the two major landscapes in Munigou Scenic Area.

Zhaga Waterfall is located at the foot of Zhaga Mountain at the end of Zhaga ditch. The waterfall is 93.7 meters high and 35-40 meters wide, with a flow of 2-5 cubic meters per second in summer.

It is a stepped waterfall with a flow of 23 cubic meters per second in summer, which is extremely fast!

The upstream of the waterfall is a lake, and the downstream is a stepped riverbed. The lake drops rapidly from the huge calcified steps, and then falls down the third travertine steps, impacting the huge travertine stone wall, forming a huge waterfall, which is famous in Wan Li, like a drum, like a drum.

Of course, in addition to these two scenic spots, there are more amazing places in Munigou!

For example, Suhua Lake.

Su Hua Lake is 3400 meters above sea level, and a large number of exotic aquatic plants with developed roots grow at the bottom of the lake. In early summer, aquatic plants emerged from the water surface, blooming golden and finely divided flowers, forming garlands on the lake. In late autumn, finely divided flowers spread all over the lake, showing a golden ocean, which is still in full bloom even in the cold winter of ice and snow. It is called "Dream Flower Sea" and belongs to Munigou Scenic Area.

Such as Pearl Lake

Pearl Lake, also known as "boiled Zhuhai", is named after the spring water at the bottom of the lake sprays like pearls and the water on the lake boils. Legend has it that this is the bath that the real Huanglong people gave to the nine-day fairy when they lived in Erdaohai and had not moved to Huanglong. The water temperature in Pearl Lake is high, even in the severe winter when ice and snow are frozen, the water temperature is around 20℃.

There is a strong smell of sulfur around the hot spring. There is a dry scale Gu Song beside the spring, and the trees are covered with prayer flags. Every summer, people from Fiona Fang Baili gather here to take a bath to get rid of all diseases. When people enter the lake, they will emit a special fragrance around their bodies.
