Liaoyang, located in the middle of Liaodong Peninsula urban agglomeration, is an ancient cultural city with a long history and a new modern petrochemical textile industrial base. It has jurisdiction over Liaoyang County, dengta city (county-level city), Baita, Wen Sheng, Hongwei, Taizihe and Gongchangling.
