As for the red tourist attractions, I believe they are very popular with parents. On the upcoming Mother’s Day, we might as well take our parents on a trip! Today the editor will introduce you to Chongqing’s red tourist attractions! I hope my parents can have a perfect trip!

1. Bai Gongguan

It is a revolutionary relic commemorating the heroes and martyrs.

Transportation: Take Metro Line 1 and get off at Martyrs’ Tomb Station and walk uphill.

The White House is the Xiangshan Villa, which is not big. It was later converted into a Kuomintang prison, a two-story building. This is the place where the story of Xiao Luotou happened. The Communist Party was once founded and many martyrs died. The historical significance is far greater than the attractions.

2. Zhazi Cave

The prison during the Kuomintang period comes here to commemorate the revolutionary martyrs.

It is about 5 minutes’ drive and 15 minutes’ walk from Bai Gongguan.

Zhazi Cave is surrounded by mountains on three sides and a ditch on one side. It is located in a secluded place. The famous martyr who specially imprisoned revolutionaries was "Sister Jiang". Many are replicas, but they truly reflect the scene at that time. The atmosphere was depressing and the instruments of torture on display were shocking.

3. Guiyuan Garden

The Kuomintang signed the famous "Double Ten Agreement" here, and Guiyuan became an important witness to the Kuomintang negotiations.

Transportation: Get off at Zengjiayan on Light Rail Line 2 and walk along the street.

Guiyuan, located at No. 65, Zhongshan 4th Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, is an independent small courtyard. In 1939, Zhang Zhizhong rented it when he was the director of the staff room (in charge of military affairs) of the chairman of the Military Commission of the National Government. During the negotiations in Chongqing, Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai worked here.

4. Zhou Gongguan

Zhou Gongguan, also known as "No. 50 Zengjiayan", is located at the east end of Zhongshan 4th Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing.

Transportation: Light Rail Line 2, get off at Zengjiayan Station.

After the delegation moved from Wuhan to Chongqing, Comrade Zhou Enlai rented this house in his personal name and used it as the main office of the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China in Chongqing to facilitate work.
