Deductible travel expenses

Legal subjectivity:

The law does not stipulate a unified standard of deduction. Generally, expenses are deducted according to the compensation calculation method agreed in the contract. If the contract does not stipulate the calculation method of compensation, the expenses shall be deducted according to the actual loss. Article 67 of the Tourism Law stipulates that both the travel agency and the tourist can terminate the contract if the contract cannot be continued due to inevitable events after the travel agency and the tour guide have fulfilled their duty of reasonable care.
