Is Ctrip online tour group reliable?

Ctrip's group tour is very unreliable. There is false propaganda and the follow-up quality is not guaranteed. Especially when there is a dispute with a group tour, such as the travel agency changing hotels privately, changing or reducing the itinerary, it is useless to complain to Ctrip. Ctrip's follow-up service is poor, lacking mobility and responsibility, and tourists can only be bullied by travel agencies in other places. Ctrip's complaint is actually a decoration.
