How much does it cost to go to Taiwan Province Normal University for an exchange semester? (tuition and accommodation are free)

I just came to Taiwan Province Province for half a year. Apart from tuition and accommodation, I think 2W is enough.

Including almost every week to go out to play, accommodation, living expenses at ordinary times.
