If low-price tour groups force shopping, tourists have the right to request the travel agency to handle returns within 30 days after the end of the tour and advance the return payment, or refund the cost of separately paid travel items. If tourists fail to negotiate a settlement with the travel agency, tourists can solve the problem by applying for mediation, initiating arbitration, or initiating litigation.
