According to the provisions of the Tourism Law, people who have passed the qualification examination for tour guides, entered into labor contracts with travel agencies or registered in relevant tourism industries may apply for tour guide certificates.

According to the provisions of Article 48 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, those who have passed the tour guide qualification examination, entered into a labor contract with a travel agency or registered in the relevant tourism industry organizations may apply for a tour guide certificate. This is a national unified admission professional qualification examination for the selection of qualified tour guides by the state and society.
