Hengshui is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, located in the southeast of Hebei Province. Wuqiang New Year Pictures Museum is the location of China Folk Woodblock New Year Pictures Publishing and Research Institute, and has been designated as the educational practice base by more than 20 colleges and universities including the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
