Historical Changes of Dalingtou Village in Wuyi County

It can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty, when it was an established village and a part of Daoli Village. With the passage of time, Dalingtou Village has gradually developed and become an important local village.

By the Ming Dynasty, Dalingtou Village had become a prosperous commercial and handicraft gathering place, and was famous for making bamboo weaving techniques and tea sets. In the Qing Dynasty, the economy and culture of Dalingtou village were further developed and became an important local economic center. In addition, Dalingtou Village also played an important role in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and contributed to the anti-Japanese national united front.
