The flowering period lasts from mid-March to early May.
Walking into Mulan Wuyun, all over the mountains, it seems that the whole mountain has been submerged by the red tide of azaleas and has become an ocean of azaleas. Mulan Mountain is a famous flower viewing tourist attraction in Wuhan. There are more than 50 varieties of rhododendrons in the scenic spot. Due to the ups and downs of the terrain and the differences in altitude, there are many kinds of rhododendrons. Even the azaleas on the same mountain have different flowering periods, which can last from the middle and late March to the beginning of May. Among them, "Shili Huashan" is a well-preserved natural original rhododendron forest belt in Wuhan, which is about 10 Li long. There are more than 40 varieties of Rhododendron purpurea, Rhododendron Jinxiu, Rhododendron Yunjin and Rhododendron reddish brown. Many kinds of azaleas can only be found in Wuyun Mountain. The blooming "Shili Huashan" is full of Shan Ye, as bright as a cloud.
2. Flower viewing features
According to reports, after 10 years of accumulation, Mulan Wuyunshan Rhododendron Festival has become a well-known national flower viewing brand, receiving tourists from various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and overseas tourists from more than 60 countries and regions. In addition to flower viewing, large-scale song and dance, Chu opera, opera and other cultural programs are staged in turn, bringing many audio-visual dramas to tourists.

Line 1: Take the Expressway-Huangpi Toll Station (S 1 Daihuang Expressway) and get off the Expressway-Huangpi Turntable (the fourth exit)-Provincial Highway 3 10- Dayi Gas Station (turn right)-Cheongsam Line-Wuyunshan (recommended).
Route 2: Take the Ring Expressway-Hankou North Toll Station (G70 Yinfu Expressway) and get off-1/kloc-0 Provincial Highway-Qijiawan-Wuling Town-Dayi Road-Cheongsam Line-Wuyun (recommended).
Line 3: Take expressway-Xiaochang Toll Station (G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway) and get off at expressway-Wangyang Line-Cheongsam Line-Wuyunshan (recommended).
Route 4: Take expressway-Yangdian Toll Station (G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway) and get off at expressway-Provincial Highway 3 10- Wangyang Line-Cheongsam Line-Wuyun.
Route 5: expressway-Huangpi East Toll Station (G42 Hu Rong Expressway) Exit-Huangpi Avenue-Huangpi Turntable (Second Exit)-Provincial Highway 3 10- Dayi Gas Station (turn right)-Cheongsam Highway-Wuyunshan.
Bus line
Line 1: Paulownia-Wuyun Mountain, Xinrong Village Passenger Station, Hankou.
Route 2: Hankou Railway Station (292, 295)-Huangpi Passenger Station Paulownia-Wuyunshan.
