What vegetables and fruits can you eat when gout attacks?
The foods that gout patients are forbidden to eat (containing purine 100g or more) are: sirloin, beef liver, sheep liver, sardines, anchovies, brain pulp, roe, thick soup, chicken soup and dried beans. The foods to be eaten at most twice a week (75 ~150g purine) are rabbit meat, beef tongue, pork, venison, turkey, duck, goose, pigeon, pheasant, quail, carp, flounder, perch, shrimp, mussel, white fish and eel. Purine in acute phase should be strictly limited below 150g to avoid increasing the intake of exogenous purine. Choose foods with low purine content. Most vegetables contain less purine, especially radish, cucumber, carrot, eggplant, tomato, cabbage, yam, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, kelp, potato, water bamboo, towel gourd and so on. The purine content of cauliflower, green beans, beans, celery, mushrooms, fungus and garlic is also less. Vegetables with high purine content include spinach, leeks, lentils, peas, soybeans, soybeans and their products, leafy vegetables and so on. Can gout patients eat fruit? The main ingredients of most fruits are water, carbohydrates, vitamins, cellulose and a small amount of minerals and protein, while the content of purine is less, so for gout patients, fruits are not taboo. (2) Meat: poultry and livestock meat. (3) Aquatic products: grass carp, carp, cod, flounder, perch, crab, eel, snail, abalone, fish balls and shark fin. (4) Vegetables: spinach, bamboo shoots (winter bamboo shoots, asparagus and dried bamboo shoots), beans (green beans, green beans, kidney beans and peas), kelp, Flammulina velutipes, tremella, mushrooms and cauliflower.
