The Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area in Fu 'an mainly includes five water systems, namely Huanglanxi, Xiuxi, Long Ting, Chanxi and Shouyangxi, all of which belong to Muyangxi, a tributary of Jiaoxi River system. The geological composition of Baiyun Mountain is mainly pyroclastic rocks of the second member of Nanyuan Formation of Mesozoic Upper Jurassic, mainly rhyolitic ignimbrite. The rocks are light gray, gray, dark gray, grayish purple and purple, dense and massive, and fresh ones look like tuff lava. Plastic chips and plastic glass chips are arranged intermittently (more obvious after weathering), showing a flowing structure. Rock has fused tuffaceous structure, which is composed of crystal debris, plastic debris, plastic glass debris and volcanic ash. Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area is located in the south section of Donggong Mountain, one of the three mountains that control the topographic skeleton of Fu 'an City. The southwest of the territory is flat, the top of the mountain is round, the northeast slope is steep, there are many cliffs, the ridge is steep, and the gully is deep. The elevation is generally above 1000 meters, and the elevation of the main peak is 1449.2 meters. The geological structure in the scenic area is complex, with deep rivers along the fault zone and steep terrain. Due to the influence of glacier movement and river cutting, two deep valleys, Huanglan Canyon and Long Ting Canyon, were formed.
