Ma 'ershan Eco-tourism Zone is one of the five functional scenic spots in Shenyang Green Island Airport Tourism Economic Zone. Located in Yaoqianhutun Town, Sujiatun District, with a planned area of 39.35 square kilometers, it is adjacent to Benxi and Liaoyang, 28 kilometers away from Shenyang, 5 kilometers away from Taoxian Airport/KLOC-0 and 7.5 kilometers away from Yang Qian exit of Shendan Expressway. Ma 'er Mountain is named after two peaks in the mountain, which stand side by side, just like a horse's ears.

Ma 'er Mountain is the remaining vein of Qianshan Mountain, with the main peak at an altitude of 330.8 meters, which is the highest peak in southern Shenyang. The mountain is steep, the cutting depth exceeds 15m, the ridge is long and narrow, and many valleys extend to the top of the mountain, the valley width is less than 10m, the valley length is 300- 1000m, and the vegetation in the valley is dense and deep. There are more than twenty kinds of native plants such as deciduous broad-leaved forest, black locust forest and oak forest on the mountain. There are natural stone men and horses, Chaoyang Cave, Shaded Cave Stone Shed, sarcophagus and Tiger Cave on the mountain, as well as the beacon tower site formed in history, and the Wang Yao Temple site at the foot of Nanshan. Ma 'er Mountain, with its exquisite natural features and typical rural scenery in the north, has released infinite charm, and nearly 10,000 people spontaneously come here for hiking every year.

There are 1277 mu orchards in Ma 'ershan Eco-tourism Zone. The main varieties are Apple Pear, Nanguo Pear, Korean Pear, Crataegus pinnatifida, etc. Others such as 65, 438+0.23 Apple, Apricot, Plum, Gaoshanhong and Prunus humilis also have a certain scale. August, September and June 10 are the best seasons for tourists to experience the fun of picking. Liaoning Cherry Valley Co., Ltd. settled in Ma 'ershan in 2000, and its greenhouse and open cherry orchard will also form considerable output in 2006. Thousands of wild fish have added bright colors to the ecological environment here.

The tourist area is beautiful, full of fruit fragrance and infinite scenery, which is integrated with the original ecological garden, various fruit picking gardens, Hulu Spring and Qiuyue Lake to form a beautiful picture of natural ecological landscape. At present, it has become the ecological self-help picking base with the largest planting area and the most complete variety of fruits and vegetables in the city.
