The East-West Stone Brain, Tiger Stone, Jiguan Stone, Scarab, Stone Monkey, Stone Man, Patio, Wangyaodong, Survival Cave, Hong Jun Cave, water curtain cave Cave and Yindong are located in Thrushcross Valley, where the air is always fresh, birds and flowers are fragrant, the mountains are picturesque and the seasons are different. Yingbin lake

Yingbin Lake in Thrushcross Valley is the first artificial lake to enter the scenic spot.

Huamei Valley Eco-tourism Zone is located on the south bank of Muzhaling River. Because of the high forest coverage, good vegetation, long mountains and flowing streams, waterfalls and artificial lakes in the scenic area are connected with lakes, and the blue waves are rippling, forming a rare waterscape.

Yuanbaotan

Yuanbaotan Yuanbaotan is the first scenic spot in Thrushcross Valley Scenic Area. Yuanbaotan is named after a stone in the pool that looks like an ingot. This kind of stone is formed by the erosion of fractured granite by water for many years. There is another touching legend about this Yuanbaotan. Legend has it that a treasure thief stole an ingot in the mountains and fled here. He was appointed by Zhenshan God to live here, and the treasure fell into the pool. Up to now, the silver ingot is still in the pool, which has become a beautiful scenery of Thrushcross Valley tourism.

Dujuan Lake

Du Fu Lake is the largest lake in Thrushcross Valley. Because there are many rhododendrons growing on the mountains on both sides of the river, it is named "Rhododendron Lake".

Dujuan Lake is the largest water storage project in the upper reaches of Shahe River, which has comprehensive functions such as flood control, irrigation and water use for people and livestock. The designed dam is 40m high, with storage capacity10000m3. Construction started in August. 1973. Due to the long landscape road, there is no transportation and construction equipment, and all the cement used is transported by people, with a total investment of more than 654.38+million, which takes 6 years to complete.

Rhododendron Lake is like a shining pearl dotted in Thrushcross Valley, which is in harmony with the mountains, Qingfeng and blue sky and clear water in the canyon.

Water boat is an entertainment project in Dufu Lake, and boating in the lake has a leisurely charm.

Six falls

Liudie Waterfall is one of the beautiful waterfalls in Thrushcross Valley Scenic Area. It is a multi-level waterfall formed by rock fracture and running water erosion for many years, which falls in six levels, hence the name "Six Waterfalls".

Among the six waterfalls, the third lotus waterfall, the fourth flying fish waterfall that looks like a lotus cave and the fifth bathing girl waterfall that looks like a fairy are the most peculiar and spectacular. Under the six waterfalls, there is a turtle pond. On the right of the cliff is Zhang Xianfeng. On festivals, gongs and drums often jingle.

Scarab out of the bathtub.

This boulder, shaped like a giant tortoise, looks like it just came out of the bathtub. A few meters to the right are dark green ponds and big stone dams. The dark green pool is named after the dark green water. It is said that scarab was created to take a bath and be invisible. In order to make the pool deeper, the beetle enchanted and built a big stone dam.

Shenshou water purification

Purifying water quality by the hand of God is a natural wonder in Thrushcross Valley.

In the river bed, there is a huge stone shaped like a hand with five distinct fingers, which is said to be the big hand of Zhenshan God. If the mountain is flooded, will it be turbid?

Clear, if it overflows from your hand, the water will become clear and transparent. It is said that a treasure thief fled to Yuanbaotan in Yindong. Zhenshan stretched out a finger, and the treasure thief was fixed there, and Yuanbao stayed in Yuanbaotan forever.

Dujuan gorge

Named after the lush azaleas on both sides of a gorge, it was originally named Shixiahao. The two sides of the mountain contract here, which is the narrowest.

It is a crevice where only one person can pass. One person can do it, but ten thousand people can't force it. With favorable terrain, the Dujuan Lake Dam was built in 1980, forming a magnificent artificial waterfall landscape.

Hehaerjiang (Xiashimen)

The place where the two generals, Hum and Ha, are located is Xiashimen. These two huge stones are like two generals guarding the door. It is said that they are gatekeepers specially appointed by Zhenshan God to prevent thieves from coming in and out, but they can't get out of the stone gate. Because a treasure thief went out of this door, Zhenshan God punished him, turned him into a stone and stayed here forever.

Qiganmiao-Wangyaodong

There is an ancient flagpole temple at the root of the stone wall opposite. Legend has it that in ancient times, a mountaineer helped a white-haired old man collect a large amount of medicinal materials and lay on a nearby slate to rest, dreaming that the old man floated to the opposite cliff with the medicine. When I woke up, I didn't see the old man and herbs, but I left a lot of money around me. I suspect it's the drug king Xianweng. As soon as the news came out, someone came here to seek medical treatment and worship medicine, and it really worked, and a flagpole temple was set up for sacrifice. There is a cave on the mountainside 200 meters to the south, which is said to be Wang Yao's residence, namely the famous Wang Yaodong.

Crouching tiger guarding the door

This huge stone, which looks like the head of a tiger and faces south, is called Tiger Stone. Legend has it that there are two tigers in Zhenshan, one male and one female. The male tiger goes down to drink water, and the fossil is here, which is called Tiger Stone. The river in front of the tiger's head often dries up, which is said to be due to the tiger's binge drinking. Halfway up the mountain in the west, a tigress couldn't wait and turned into a tiger stone. Therefore, it is located at the Shimen on the ancient road from Lushan to Ruyang, hence the name Crouching Tiger as the gatekeeper.

red rock canyon

Shi Xia landform formed by rock fissures and flowing water is named after the iron contained in the rock turns red after oxidation. Legend has it that there is a red dragon living in the deep pool under Hongshi Waterfall, and its body has dyed the surrounding rocks red. In the canyon, the water gurgles all year round, like a string. On both sides of a canyon, flowers are green, azaleas are red, and the scenery is very beautiful.

Hongshi Waterfall

Cliff formed by rock fracture. The stream falls from the top of the waterfall with a drop of 32 meters, so it is named because it is located in Hongshixia. Legend has it that there once lived a red dragon in the deep pool under the waterfall. After a long drought, people stirred the water in the pool, and from time to time, dark clouds blew, heavy rain poured down and the river rose. Because of the violent character of the red dragon, people are easy.

From the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, red, white, pink and purple azaleas are in full bloom for the first time. Every Du Fu Festival, all kinds of azaleas are colorful, competing to open and fragrant. People can kiss flowers and smell the fragrance without bending down when walking in the long corridor. This is a big plant landscape in Thrushcross Valley.

Rhododendron, also known as azalea, is a third-class protected plant in Henan Province. The sunny hillside with an altitude of 1000 meters is the best. From April 10 to May 30th every year, it is the Rhododendron Festival in Thrushcross Valley. Here, the whole bush is red, forming a sea of flowers.

Viewing platform

Hundred Days Red is a kind of quilt planted in Thrushcross Valley Scenic Area, also called Lagerstroemia indica. You can see Hundred Days Red on both sides of the scenic road in Thrushcross Valley.

Why is it called Hundred Days Red? It belongs to Lagerstroemia, Lagerstroemia and a species of Lagerstroemia. It is native to Asia and cultivated all over Henan. It is colorful and beautiful, with a long flowering period, from June to August, about 100 days, hence the name "Hundred Days Red".

The main varieties are Yin Wei, Cuiwei and Nanziwei. Bark, leaves and flowers are powerful laxatives, and root and bark decoction can treat hemoptysis and vomiting blood. It is a garden flower viewing tree species.

Other scenic spots in Thrushcross Valley include Qinglong Lake Waterfall, Thrushcross Lake Waterfall, Qingshui Lake Waterfall and Qinglong Lake Plum Blossom Pile.

Drifting scenic spot
