What is the national service supervision platform for tour guides?

Developed and built by the National Tourism Administration, it mainly serves tour guides, tourists, tourism enterprises, tour guide associations and industry management departments, and has public service functions such as tour guide practice management, full record of tour guide practice information, tour guide service evaluation and complaints, and supervision and law enforcement of tourism departments.

The purpose is to strengthen the supervision of tour guides in China and enhance the international competitiveness of tourism.
