Regulations of Nanchang Municipality on the Protection of Tengwangge Scenic Area
(1) The scenic spot is east to Gu Fang Street (including the road from Dongdaemun to Tengwangge archway), south to Gu Fang Street, west to Ganjiang flood control wall, and north to the water pier fence;
(2) The control development area is outside the scenic spot, east to Rongmen Road, south to Porcelain Street, west to Ganjiang flood control wall and north to Dieshan Road;
(3) The coordination area is outside the controlled development zone, extending to Zigu Road in the east, Minde Road and Zhongshan Bridge to Suoyixia in the south, east coast of Ganjiang River in the west, Yangming Road in the north, and 26 meters wide along the east-west axis of Tengwangge main building to Shengli Road. Article 3 Those who engage in construction, production, management, life and tourism activities within the protection scope of Tengwangge Scenic Area shall abide by these regulations. The fourth Tengwangge Management Department authorized by the Municipal People's Government (hereinafter referred to as Tengwangge Management Department) is responsible for the protection of Tengwangge Scenic Area.
Municipal People's government planning, land, public utilities, gardens, environmental protection, water conservancy, industry and commerce administration, culture, public security, transportation, city appearance and environmental sanitation management and other departments shall, according to their respective responsibilities, do a good job in the protection of Tengwangge Scenic Area. Article 5 The detailed planning of scenic spots and controlled development areas shall be compiled by the Tengwangge management department according to the requirements of the overall urban planning and the planning of historical and cultural cities, and shall be submitted to the Municipal People's Government for examination and approval after being audited by the municipal planning department.
The detailed planning of the approved scenic spots and controlled development areas shall not be changed by any unit or individual without authorization; If it is really necessary to change, it must be reported for approval in accordance with the procedures specified in the preceding paragraph.
The Municipal People's Government shall report to the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress on the preparation and implementation of detailed planning for scenic spots and controlled development areas. Sixth scenic area construction projects should strictly implement detailed planning.
The main building of Tengwangge is a Song-style building, which cannot be changed when it is repaired.
The style, form, volume, height and color of supporting buildings and garden facilities in the scenic spot should be coordinated with the main building of Tengwangge.
The plot ratio of new projects in scenic spots shall not exceed 1, and the building height shall not exceed12.5m. ..
Within 3 years after the implementation of these regulations, the green coverage rate of scenic spots should reach more than 50%. Seventh sources of funds for the construction and maintenance of scenic spots:
(a) special government funding;
(2) Ticket revenue;
(3) social donations;
(4) Other income.
The funds for the construction and maintenance of scenic spots shall be stored in special accounts and used for special purposes, and shall not be used for other purposes. Article 8 The management department of Tengwangge shall strengthen the management of scenic spots, keep the main building of Tengwangge and its supporting buildings and garden facilities intact, do a good job in fire control safety, maintain environmental sanitation, and improve tourist conditions and service facilities. Ninth scenic tourist service outlets should be unified planning, rational layout.
In scenic spots, business units and individuals must engage in business activities in accordance with the prescribed location and business scope, and abide by the provisions on the administration of scenic spots. Tenth it is forbidden to set up large billboards and billboards in scenic spots, put up unsightly slogans, and set up facilities for superstition and gambling activities. Eleventh tourists and other personnel entering the scenic spot shall abide by the regulations on the administration of scenic spots, take good care of state property, and maintain environmental sanitation and public order.
The following acts are prohibited in scenic spots:
(a) Graffiti on buildings, structures, forests and exhibits;
(two) damage to buildings and structures, or damage to trees, flowers, lawns and other facilities and exhibits;
(three) carrying explosive, flammable, corrosive, toxic, radioactive and other dangerous goods. Twelfth scenic spots in front of the road must be kept clear, it is forbidden to set up stalls, stacking operations, parking vehicles.

To control the development zone, cultural entertainment, commercial shopping, parking lots and other facilities supporting the scenic spot should be built; The appearance of existing buildings and structures should be decorated and coordinated with scenic spots.
Control the building height of new projects in the development zone shall not exceed 18.5 meters ... Article 14 To coordinate the planning, site selection and design of construction projects in the zone, the municipal planning department shall solicit the opinions of the management department of Tengwangge.
The extension of the coordination area is planned road land, and existing buildings and structures should be demolished in a planned way.
It is forbidden to build projects that destroy the landscape, pollute the environment and hinder the tour in the coordination area. Fifteenth Tengwangge management department shall establish archives for the preserved collections and documents related to Tengwangge, establish and improve the management system, and configure anti-theft, fire prevention and anti-corrosion facilities. Preserved collections and documents are prohibited from being sold or given away.
The management department of Tengwangge can collect articles and documents (including architectural drawings, survey data, audio-visual materials, etc.) scattered in the society by accepting social donations and paid acquisitions.
Where the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs involve cultural relics, they shall be implemented in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Cultural Relics and the Administrative Measures for the Protection of Cultural Relics in Jiangxi Province.
