Is Xiapu Yangjiaxi fun?

Xiapu Yangjiaxi is fun. There are 250 acres of maple trees in Dutou Village beside Yangjiaxi. In late autumn, maple leaves are yellow and red, stopping like crimson clouds from a distance and flying like flames from a close look. Among the 17 ancient banyan trees adjacent to the maple forest, there is a "banyan king", which covers an area of more than three acres. Surprisingly, there are seven holes in the trunk for people to climb through.

History of scenic spots

Formerly known as Nanyang Ping, according to legend, Yang, a famous soldier in the Northern Song Dynasty, once settled in one of the eighteen caves in Nanman, and then stayed there. Yangjiaxi, also known as Jiulixi and Qilixi,/kloc-0 was approved by the State Council in August, 1988 and included in the second batch of national key tourist attractions "Taimu Mountain Scenic Area", which is one of the three scenic spots of Taimu Mountain, Sea and River.

Natural landscape

Yangjiaxi originates from two peaks, namely, Zherong Dongshan Peak and Muhai Peak, and surrounds the foot of Taimu Mountain. The downstream basin is roughly divided into Jiulixi and Yangjiaxi. The lake where Wu Bei in Fuding meets Xia Ding is called Jiulixi, and the one from Landou to Doutou is called Yangjiaxi. The Jiuli River is about 7 kilometers long, and there are many scenic spots along the way, such as Jiangjuntan, Carp Tomb, Jiuli Lake and the newly-built Jiuli Power Station. Yangjiaxi is about 8 kilometers long, with seven bends and twelve wrasses (shallow rapids), which are alternately distributed along the flow beach, wrasse and beach, and the stream is crystal clear. The canyons on both sides of the strait are lush, and full of green is full of flowers and plants.

If you don't eat in Yangjiaxi Scenic Area, you can go to Xiapu County, where there are not only rich seafood such as large yellow croaker, grouper, octopus, fragrant fish, eel, mudskipper, abalone, snail, razor clam, mussel, blue crab and prawn, but also many local snacks.

Take the bus to Yangjiaxi early, have lunch via Xiapu, then visit the ancient banyan tree, maple tree, Qiqu Twelve Beach, Yangjiaxi bamboo raft rafting in Rong Feng Park, which is the wonder of China Woods, and then return to Fuzhou by bus (excluding dinner).
