Out of the Tianhou Palace, Shen Congwen's former residence is not far away, and the great writer's home is rich in pen and ink, which is worth visiting. On the way to Chaoyang Palace, you will see the south gate of the ancient town. It will be more lively here at night. If you have time, you can choose to put a long-lived lamp here. Dacheng Hall and Xiong Xiling's former residence are on both sides of the path. Go through Bijiashan Park, come to Nanhuamen, and end the walking route. If you want to row on the Tuojiang River, you need to take two more steps. There is a boat ride at the north gate, where you can feel the charm of the phoenix again on the river.

Jiang Shan retains the ancient Miao customs, bright and dazzling Miao costumes, unique wine, unique drums, Lu Ge and sideline games, which will make people feel refreshed and intoxicated; There are also traditional festivals "April 8" and "June" folk songs that will make people feel moved and amazed.

? 1. External transportation: Phoenix has no airport, and the nearest one is in Tongren. Visitors can go to Tongren first, and then take a bus to Phoenix at Chengbei Bus Station opposite Tongren Railway Station. Reservations are needed in the peak season, and the price increase is also large.

? There are many delicious foods in Fenghuang ancient city, and anyone who has been there will never forget its rich and varied foods. Whether it is a specialty restaurant or a roadside stall, you can smell their pungent aroma from a distance. Special snacks such as ginger candy and tung Baba can be seen everywhere in Fenghuang Ancient Street. You can also taste Xiangxi dishes in local restaurants, such as roast duck with blood and Camus fish in sour soup. When you come to Phoenix, you should prepare luggage and a big belly. Snacks are generally around 15 yuan, so they can be eaten well. For a big meal, everyone eats 40 yuan. Of course, the farther away from the river, the cheaper the food.
