The tourism authorities of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for organizing and implementing the specific work of the qualification examination for tour guides within their respective administrative areas. The specific measures for the administration of the national tour guide qualification examination shall be formulated separately by the National Tourism Administration.
