Introduction
Leisure agricultural products are a combination of agricultural products and services provided to tourists by leisure agriculture practitioners through the development and utilization of agricultural resources. That is the sum of various physical products and service products provided by the leisure agricultural park to tourists.
When talking about products, it is easy for us to think of the tangible images of products, which are the physical items that people usually use in their daily lives. With the development of leisure agriculture, this concept can no longer cover the entire connotation of products. It is generally believed that the products of leisure agriculture are a combination of tangible products and intangible services.
The tourism products in the tourism industry are mainly reflected in four aspects:
①Tourism products are tourist routes;
②Tourism products are tourist areas;
p>
③Tourism products are intangible services;
④Tourism products are overall products.
So, what are leisure agricultural products? What does it include?
The core of the concept of leisure agricultural products is demand. The products sold by leisure agricultural enterprises in the market should be products produced according to the needs of consumers.
From the perspective of leisure agricultural consumers, they pay a certain fee and only obtain the right to enjoy leisure agricultural products that are equivalent to the price, but do not obtain the ownership of leisure agricultural products. It can be seen that what consumers of leisure agriculture ultimately gain is a leisure experience and feelings that settle in the soul. And this gain is the sum of various tangible and intangible factors that leisure people experience during leisure play.
From the perspective of leisure agriculture supply, leisure agricultural products mainly include fresh agricultural products, processed products, agricultural landscapes with the nature of tourism products, agricultural experiential objects and various services provided for leisure people. , Leisure agricultural products are the sum of physical products and service products.
Leisure agricultural products should include the following three levels (illustrated below)
The first level is the core product. The core level is the basic utility (i.e., use value) of leisure agricultural products, which is mainly reflected through the overall integration of the six major elements of tourism—food, housing, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment. Leisure agriculture consumers are mostly urban residents. They have specific agricultural preferences for the six major elements. Consumers obtain core benefits when they obtain core-level utility.
The second level is formal products. The core products of leisure agriculture provide basic use value to tourists. However, whether physical products or pure labor products in the market, their basic use value must rely on some form of carrier to achieve exchange, so the second level is achieved by the product. Form, that is, the appearance of the physical objects or services sold in the market for leisure agricultural products. Even pure labor products, such as park tour guides, tea art performances, folk songs and dances, etc., have similar formal characteristics. Therefore, any recreational agricultural product has a certain appearance. Formal products include: type, quality, form, trademark, price, etc.
The third level is extended products. Extended products refer to the corresponding services and additional benefits provided by leisure agricultural enterprises to consumers during the purchase and consumption process. Such as travel consultation, preferential payment, gift giving and security protection, etc. Leisure agricultural enterprises use additional benefits and additional services to improve satisfaction and trust in leisure agricultural products.
It can be seen from this that leisure agricultural products are an overall system. Only the improvement of each level can truly meet the needs of urban consumers. An error at any level will affect the extension of the entire product. For example, consumers encountered traps when tasting rural delicacies; they intended to bring some green and organic products to share with family and friends but did not have suitable gifts, and could not find a place to stay when they lingered; were bitten by mosquitoes when visiting the countryside; were interviewed when they needed services. Indifference and ridicule...each deficiency is enough to deal a fatal blow to recreational agricultural products. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the overall quality of tangible products and intangible services, thereby improving the competitiveness of the overall leisure agriculture products.
If you invest in leisure agriculture, rural tourism, or characteristic towns, you need to make a feasibility study report and a planning and design plan. Farm renovation requires planning and design, planting and breeding projects require technical services, and project construction requires guidance and services. wait.
