2. Time and place

① Time: Starting at 6 a.m. on May 11th, lasting 1 day.

② Location: It will be conducted at the all-employee nucleic acid testing sampling points set up in each village in Heshan Town. If necessary, mobile sampling points can be set up and door-to-door sampling services can be provided based on the actual situation in the jurisdiction. 3. Notes

① In order to reduce the burden of health code access and improve the efficiency of on-site sampling, the majority of residents use the Shandong Province "Personal Sampling Information Collection" applet in advance to generate a "Sampling II" "QR code" and take a screenshot to save it. Special groups such as the elderly and minors who do not have smartphones must have their family members generate and print the paper "sampling QR code" in advance, which will be used for information collection during sampling. Health codes and ID cards cannot be used for this sampling.

② Residents participating in sampling are required to wear masks throughout the process, strictly follow the guidance of on-site staff, and actively show their health code and itinerary code, sampling code, undergo body temperature testing, and line up in an orderly manner according to on-site instructions. While waiting, keep a "2-meter line" between each other and a 3-meter distance from those who are collecting samples. Do not jump in line, talk, or gather.
