Composition. Taos, our pride.

On September 17, the first Taosi Yao Di Cultural Tourism Festival in China will be held by Xiangfen.

September 16, Wan Li is crisp in autumn and clear in Wan Li. Grandpa and I went to Taosi to visit the capital of Diyao. Along the way, colorful flags are flying, traffic is crowded and slogans can be seen everywhere. I am very happy, because this is my first time to Taosi.

When we came to Taosi, we first went to the ruins of handicraft workshops, where ancient people made pottery, with an area of about two or three hundred square meters. When I came here, I found many big pits and many stripes. I wonder: what's the use of digging holes and drawing lines to make pottery? Then I went to ask my grandfather, and he said, "I don't know, maybe it will make pottery easier!" " "Later, grandpa took a photo of me and set off for the next scenic spot.

We got on the electric motorcycle, climbed a big slope, turned several turns and came to the location of the ancient observatory. It is made of masonry, with 13 rectangular columns, about three or four meters high. Except the one on the right, all the other columns are about 5m3. Grandpa also told me: "Our Taos Observatory in China is more than 500 years earlier than that in Britain! Moreover, our observatory uses fixed-point observation, which is much more advanced than Britain. " I asked doubtfully, "Grandpa, where is the fixed-point observation point?" Grandpa pointed to the dot and said, "Right?" He also told me that when the sun comes out, standing on the observation point, you can see the sun in different gaps, and people will know what solar terms are. "Grandpa also told me that this observatory is amazing. It has played a great role in the emergence of the lunar calendar and the development of agricultural production.

After seeing the observatory, grandpa took photos for me as a souvenir. We also visited the ruins of the ancient city of Du Yao, ancient sacrificial areas and ancient tombs. I took a photo of the path of Taosi archway. I asked my grandfather again, "Tao Temple is known as the capital of Emperor Yao. Why is it the source of China?" Grandpa said that Yao Wang built its capital in Taosi 4500 years ago, which is proved by the city site. The prototype of the dragon, the observatory and the unearthed pottery cultural relics all prove that Taosi is the source and cultural ancestor of China. I keep it in mind silently.

Today is not in vain, which not only broadens our horizons, but also increases our knowledge. As a Xiangfen person, I am very proud. In the future, I will study hard, study hard, and become a useful talent in the future, making my own contribution to the country and my hometown!
