1, Longmen Grottoes. Longmen Grottoes, located at the south of Luoyang 12km, is one of the three largest grottoes in China, which is equally famous with Yungang Grottoes in Datong and Thousand Buddha Cave Grottoes in Dunhuang, and is a national 5A-level scenic spot. Shenlingzhai Scenic Area, a scenic spot, is located in Sanguanmiao Forest Farm on the northern slope of Xiongping in Luoning County, 90km southwest of Luoyang and 17km southeast of the county.
