Guangxi Yangshuo tourist attractions

There are Yulong River, Yangshuo West Street, Shili Gallery, Xingping Ancient Town and Xanadu in Yangshuo, Guangxi.

Yulong River is the second largest river in Yangshuo after Lijiang River, which originated from Guli in Lingui County. It is the location of some key cultural relics and main rural landscapes in Yangshuo County, and it is also the first national-level tourist resort in Guangxi. It flows through more than 30 villages in sanxiang town, Yangshuo, and slowly goes south along Guiyang-Yangshuo Highway (National Highway 32 1), and joins the Jinbao River at Qin Ge Ferry in Chuanyan Gujingrong Scenic Area.

Yulong River is 43.5km long, 38m to 6 1 m wide and 0.5m to 2m deep. For many years, the river is clear and the water flow is slow, and the normal flow is about 5 cubic meters per second. There are many dams in the river, which are not navigable. It is called "Little Lijiang River".

Brief introduction of Yangshuo West Street

Yangshuo West Street is nearly 800 meters long, and the marble pavement is S-shaped. The building is antique and has strong local characteristics. It is paved with local betel nut marble, dark and shiny. On both sides are low brick houses with white walls and red windows left over from the Qing Dynasty, revealing the simplicity and elegance of Lingnan architecture.

Most of the buildings in West Street are old houses 60 or 70 years ago, and some of them are from Ming and Qing Dynasties, so they have a long history. The streets of West Street are paved with large stone slabs, which also has a historical charm. 1984, a quaint and elegant tourist cultural street has been built after preliminary transformation.

1999 to 2004, Yangshuo County completed the protective transformation, which made the whole street building highlight the residential characteristics of "small blue tiles, sloping roofs, horse-headed walls, wooden doors and windows and hanging balconies" in northern Guangxi. The pedestrian street parallel to Guihua Street is quite distinctive.
